Mubasher: Zahrat Alurdon Real Estate recorded earnings of JOD 36,020 ($50,600) during the first nine months of 2015, surging 407.45% over JOD 7,100 ($9,970) in the year-ago period.
The company has not incurred project expenses during the nine-month period, compared with JOD 48,850 a year earlier.
Zahrat Alurdon operates with JOD 500,000 in capital, divided into 500,000 shares at a par value of JOD 1 each.
